Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges, excluding items with manufacturer defects or unopened items that were purchased in error.  Refunds are only offered with a store credit. We are not responsible for shipping cost associated with returned item (s).


 Defective Policy:

Products with manufacturer defects must be reported within FIVE (5) days of receipt. Please contact us as soon as the defect is discovered to ensure that the item is replaced in a timely manner. The item will be replaced only once evidence of a defect is provided via photograph or return of the product (we are not responsible for the shipping cost). We are unable to replace or exchange used items. 


 Damages:

All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened, re-taped, or tampered with you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. In the event that your item is damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier as quickly as possible upon receipt. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. We recommend that you take pictures to help document the damages as well as save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately when you have had the driver note a problem.
